Adjustment Rings

The C2P adjustment rings come in 25, 36, 40, 46, and 52 mm sizes in an assortment of hard anodized colors for specific applications. There are a wide variety of versions with and without lock rings to make it possible to accommodate most all applications and length issues.

Adjustment Screw

The adjustment screws car vary from hi and low speed adjusters to eyelet rebound adjusters.

Adjustment Screw Housing

The C2P adjustment screw housings are anodized aluminum fixtures which house the detent capabilities and needle and spring mechanisms that make up the variety of adjusters for most all makes and models.

Bladders

We make our own bladders that are direct replacement for the OEM Showa and KYB shocks as well as our own line of bladder caps and reservoir units.

Body Caps

The C2P body caps are made of hard anodized aluminum that fit 36, 40, and 46 mm body shock tubes. These end caps cover and protect the seal head and allow for 14, 16, and 18 mm shaft sizes.

Check Valve

The C2P check valve is a one way rebound check valve that enables the knob (clicker) adjustment to be compression adjustable. It screws onto the end of the C2P shaft for an instant altering of the adjustment process. Shock disassembly is required.

Control Valve

The control valve is the cartridge that screws on the adjustment screw housings that house the low and hi speed mechanisms. These control the flow of oil and have a direct correlation to force values.

Lock Spring Adjuster

This specific adjustment ring has a screw locking feature eliminating the lock ring. It can be utilized on 40 and 46 mm C2P Shocks. This is the featured adjustment ring on all NASCAR, Sprint Car, Road Racing, and Dirt Car applications.

Nitrogen Insert

The C2P nitrogen insert is made of stainless and contains the rubber material that will allow the nitrogen filling process. This insert is used in most mono-tube applications and has the o-ring and screw to prevent leakage.

Rebound Needle

A number of rebound needles with different degrees of tapers are available to acquire the desired force curves as well as being shock type specific.

Rebound Needle Housing

The needle rebound housings come in a number of lengths depending on the specific piston rod top length that has been chosen depending on shock type and the valve stacks utilized.

Reservoir Caps

The C2P reservoir caps fit Showa and KYB applications as well as C2P specific shocks and reservoir units. They come in a number of sizes and volumes to acquire your specific needs.

Reservoirs

The C2P reservoirs are made of high quality aluminum and are hard anodized for theprotection from the elements. They fit Showa and KYB applications as well as C2P brand shocks. We have a WP type for custom up-fits with a bladder as well. The C2P Titan reservoir will accommodate a separator piston.

Rod Ends

The C2P piston rod tops are part of our two piece shaft. This portion houses the needle, o-ring, and needle housing. They come in a number of lengths depending on the application, stroke, piston, and valve stack being utilized.

Rod Heads

The rod heads are the extended portions that house the shaft and the adjustment for the rebound portion of the eyelets. We produce non-adjustable and single adjustable versions, with either knobs (clicker type) or detent screwdriver head versions. These rod heads can utilize a heim (rod end), or adjustable ride height and jam nut affair.

Rod Heads Eyelet

The rod head eyelets are the extensions that house the spherical bearing and circlip. Various spacers can be installed to fit the necessary spacing in shock mounts and swing-arm applications. These rod heads are made of high quality aluminum and hard anodized.

Rod Heads Fork

Rod head forks (clevis) are made of high quality aluminum and hard anodized and come in a variety of widths and lengths depending on the specific application. There is an option for adjustability, either a knob (clicker type) or a detent screwdriver type slot.

Seal Blocks

The circlip type seal blocks are unique in the fact that unlike the OEM versions thatrun on the dry side the C2P du bushing runs on the oil side that eliminates contamination and the chance of leakage. They come complete with the du bushing, wiper seal, quad ring, back up ring, and 90 shore bump stop.

Seal Caps

The C2P seal caps are threaded versions made out of high quality aluminum and hard anodized and are unique in the fact that unlike the OEM versions that run on the dry side the C2P du bushing runs on the oil side that eliminates contamination and the chance of leakage. They come complete with the du bushing, wiper seal, quad ring, back up ring, and 90 shore bump stop. They come in 36, 40, 46, 52mm versions that will accommodate 14, 16, 18, and 22 mm shaft sizes.

Separator Piston

The C2P separator pistons come in 36, 40, and 46 mm versions. They are aluminum and utilize a slide ring and an o-ring to provide the seal between the oil and the nitrogen.

Shim Plate

The shim plate is a steel spacer or top out plate that serves as the start or end of a valve stack. The compression stop washer acts as the foundation for shim spacers on certain shaft versions, and the rebound stop washer is used on the rebound side as a spacer for the shim stack.

Spring Adjusters

These spring adjustment rings are aluminum and anodized and come with lock rings to secure the spring location and desired preload settings. They come in various ID sizes to fit most all ID spring sizes.

Valve

This valve is the used in either the integrated high and low speed adjuster or the high-speed adjuster only. It comes in two versions; the crown version is for higher speeds and higher force numbers and will eliminate a high-speed scweal heard in some adjusters.
